What we collect

We collect the details you share with us, such as your name, email, company and application requirements, to respond to enquiries and provide our services.

Stripe handles payments. We receive contact and transaction details to manage your booking, but do not store your full card number or security code.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and cookies to understand visits, traffic sources and interactions with our website. For visitors identified as being in the EU, analytics stays off until they accept. Outside the EU, analytics is on by default unless you turn it off. If we cannot determine your region, we ask for your choice before enabling analytics. Google Ads measurement is off by default.

We use a country lookup on our server based on your IP address to decide which cookie choices to show. We do not request your GPS location or send your IP address to an external location service. The country database uses GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind. You can change these choices below. Your preference is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Turning off analytics stops future optional tracking; it does not delete information already collected or prevent you from using our services.

Analytics reports

We use summary reports about visits, traffic sources and booking activity. We store reports and share them with relevant team members through our email provider to understand and improve website performance.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Google Analytics data is not sold or used for advertising targeting or AI training. Its use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and storage

We share relevant information with providers that support hosting, payments, customer records, email and analytics. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our contact form from spam. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We restrict access and retain information for service delivery, reporting and applicable business or legal obligations. External services and embedded content have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

To request access, corrections or deletion, or ask a privacy question, email admin@satlyt.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. Your rights depend on applicable law.
